Laura Harper - My Little World

It's been a long time!!! I did something really brilliant!! I was getting ready to do my taxes so I reached for the papers and everything went wrong!! The end result was that I had a FULL cup of coffee in my keyboard. Well, the keyboard was DEAD........well just the a row but that is still not good. Anyways I got all the coffee out and spent a bit of time with the hair dryer trying to dry the thing out. All that did was make the room smell like freshly brewed coffee.........the keyboard was still DEAD. I gave the thing about a week to dry out and then gave up and bought a new one. I finally got the thing working on Wednesday so have been busy trying to get some of the backlog out of the way.

Today I added two new slideshows of Scooter - March 2009 and April 2009. I also added a new album to the network site - SNOW!!!. I know I will never be 'caught up' but I do keep trying!

I was really hoping to get down to the Dogwood Festival this year but it is not to be, at least not today. I have had a splitting headache now for days so I do not drive unless it is imperative. I have not been near my car since Wednesday and sort of think I will not make it out all weekend. We'll see.

I will be spending more time on my new network site nowadays. I really love the ning sites. They are much the same as Facebook and MySpace but far better. AND, we do not have to deal with thousands of people.

I will be spending much more time on my network site now, rather than here. There is a blog on there so I just may start using it instead. Uploading photos is a breeze on there; much less time consuming than on here. Works for me!! Time will tell. I do know that the status of each one of the sites will change. They all may require at least a password and sign-in. We'll see about that too.
