I think it is about time for me to tell it like it is versus the story that is published on 910 Street by Mr. Holman and his imaginary band and his imaginary friends.

I have now been publicly bashed on 910 Street by Holman two times. The first was back in December 2008 (Holman Bash Round One). The second began on May 5th and seems to be still going on (Holman Bash Round Two).

One of the first incidents I had with Holman was because I would not do his Cape Fear Songwriters' Guild page different from the others. In other words he wanted me to commit an “inequity” and I refused. I do not think he was very happy with that! The supporting documents listed above cover what has transpired since then.

910 Street is a private website owned and operated by Fayetteville Observer on the Ning platform. Fayetteville NC Area Music Scene is a private website owned and operated by me on the Ning platform. Bashing, slandering, harassing of other members is a blatant violation of the Ning policy.

Fayetteville NC Area Music Scene is a website which features the shows of local musicians along with other activities relating to the local music scene. Mr. Holman has been banned from this site clearly within the guidelines of the Ning platform and Private Website policies. I think the supporting documents listed above will justify my decision.

As far as I am concerned the only discrimination and hate that has been exhibited in these two bashes come from none other than Holman himself. That is also my belief when it comes to slander and defamation of character. The second time he has extended those accusations to other members of 910Street. Bad move!
